Arsenal has completed the signing of West Ham Club Captain and English man Declan Rice. They have have been keen on having the signature of the midfielder since the start of the transfer window. Arsenal faced a subtle race from Manchester City in getting the midfielder. The Premier League Champions opted out of the race after seeing Arsenal’s keen interest.
Arsenal got the player for a British record transfer fee of £100m plus £5m add-ons on a long-term contract.
