Steps on How to Fold a Dress Shirt
Find a flat and clean surface like your bed or ironing board.
Make sure to button all your buttons, don’t feel lazy and button all your buttons from hem to collar so as to create the perfect fold and place the shirt buttons-down. Be sure to smooth out the back to enable the shirt to be straighten out and create no wrinkle. Pick up the first sleeve and fold it towards the center of the shirt like in the picture below:
Mirror the other sleeve and fold it towards the center of the sleeve make sure to stop the fold of the sleeve at the shoulder of the shirt.

Taking your rectangular-shaped folded shirt, fold each side of it towards the center – where your shoulder blades would be if you were actually wearing the shirt. Make sure to smooth your shirt out as you perform this step. Any stray wrinkles should be worked out before you fold so as to avoid wrinkles when you take them out later on. See picture below:
After you have done this gently pick up the folded shirt and drop it gently in your suitcase. When you reach your destination it might seem tempting to leave your folded cloth in your luggage, try to take them out and hang them as this might help not making the folds set in the cloth when you wear it, as this might not look attractive.
